3) The personal data provided by the USER will not be transferred to third parties or activities external to the OWNER;
4) The personal data provided by the USER may be processed, for the purposes referred to in point c) 1) of this notice, also through the following methods: telephone, email, and other computerized and/or automated communication systems;
d) USER Rights
1) In relation to the aforementioned processing, the data subject (USER) has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or rectification, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Pursuant to the same article, the USER has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection or for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications;
