Our kitchen offers a menu that changes daily, inspired by local tradition and built on seasonality and the availability of local produce.
Each dish is born from a simple and authentic cuisine, with particular attention to local producers, selected for the quality of their raw materials.
Among the signature dishes you will always find polenta, served in different variations: with cheese, accompanied by beef or game, or in the polenta uncia version, with butter and cheese.
Traditional dishes such as pizzoccheri and minestrone are also available.
Dinner with Overnight Stay
For guests staying overnight at the refuge, dinner is included.
